We offer international shipping to most countries, including the UK, US, Europe, Canada, Australia, and more.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order ships.

  • United Kingdom: 4–7 business days

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 6–12 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to local carriers, weather, or customs.

🛃 Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by your local authority. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not collected by Kelby.


🔁 Kelby Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions (apparel)

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Return the item in its original packaging (where possible)

  • Include proof of purchase (your order confirmation)

Not eligible for return

  • Intimates/underwear, bodysuits, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Final sale or marked “non-returnable” items

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or without tags

💸 Free Returns

We offer FREE return shipping on eligible returns. Start your return by contacting us—our team will create a pre-paid label for you.

💳 Refunds

  • Once your return is delivered and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.

  • Shipping upgrades and duties/taxes (if any) are non-refundable.

♻️ Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? Tell us in your return request—we’ll reserve your replacement (subject to stock) and ship it once your return is scanned by the carrier. If the item is out of stock, we’ll process a refund.

🧵 Damaged / Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right ASAP.

🚚 Address Changes & Failed Delivery

  • Need to update your shipping address after ordering? Email us immediately—we’ll try our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order is processing.

  • Parcels returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped (postage may apply) or refunded for the item price.
